 ICFRE Data Centre had implemented by M/s Vayam technologies Ltd, New Delhi, selected through bidding process. ICFRE Data Centre started functioning on Oct 21, 2009. Data center is a facility used to house computer systems and associated components, such as high end blade servers, IDS/IPS devices, mail security system (Anti Spam Devices) telecommunications, MCU, storage systems like SAN & tap Libraries. It generally includes redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications connections, environmental controls (e.g., air conditioning, fire suppression) and security devices.
Various services viz IFRIS application, Mail service, Videoconferencing, Internet services, Web services, Antivirus service, DNS Server, Proxy service, DHCP service, FTP Service, Application service, Database service, Firewall, IPS/IDS, SAN Devices and Access Control System are running through Data Centre and these services are monitored through various CA software.
