Maintenance of Hardware |
| Apart
from maintenance of the Network Hardware thisdivision also undertakes the Maintenance
of Computer and peripheral hardware installed at
ICFRE Hqtrs. through the third party vendors.
The Hardware have been categorized and inventorised accordingly for its
proper maintenance and coordination with the
vendors. AMC of Photocopiers is also being
managed by the IT Division, ICFRE through OEM
vendors looking after their own brand of
machines broadly, Xerox, HCL and Ricoh.
The Division also manages the supply of
consumables for the ICFRE Hqtrs. by entering
into a Rate Contract of Consumable items and
Printers cartridges is also processed. |
